Rohin
Shah is a Chartered Surveyor with 21 years experience in the UK real
estate investment markets. He joined Meghraj Properties in 1992 and
has overall responsibility for their portfolio, with a key client base
of 60 private family offices. He has been involved with the Indian
property market since 1992 and established Trammell Crow Meghraj (TCM)
latterly Chesterton Meghraj in April 1995. He merged TCM with Jones
Lang LaSalle in 2007 to create Jones Lang LaSalle Meghraj the largest
real estate services business in India.
He started
his career with Jones Lang LaSalle in 1986 and for 6 years was based
in their London offices. He has a Masters degree in property investment
from City University and has sat on various committees at the Royal
Institution of Chartered Surveyors. |

Karl
Meade is a Chartered Surveyor and the Director responsible for investment
acquisitions. He joined Meghraj Properties from Warner Estate Holdings
Plc in 2007. At Warner, he held the position of Managing Director for
the Directly Owned Fund, was director responsible for the Radial Distribution
Fund and played an instrumental role in the expansion of Warner to over £2
billion of assets under management. He has 26 years of property investment
experience covering most sectors, including establishing industrial,
shopping centre, regional office and distribution funds. He was previously
at Frogmore Estates Plc and Merivale Moore Plc. |

Richard
Rogers is a Chartered Surveyor and the Director responsible for the management
of the company's property portfolio of 145 buildings. He has over 25
years' experience of managing commercial property and previously worked
for Legal & General Property, Chaucer Estates Limited, Brixton Plc
and Jones Lang LaSalle. He joined Meghraj Properties in 2004, initially
as an Associate Director, and was made a full Director from April 2006.
He has been a member of the RICS since 1994. |

Justin
Wood is a Chartered Surveyor and an Associate Director responsible for
investment acquisitions, disposals, refinances and asset management.
Prior to joining Meghraj Properties in 2005, he worked at DTZ Debenham
Tie Leung for a period of 5 years where he was responsible for the property
and asset management of a large portfolio of office, retail and industrial
properties. Previous experience was gained in Australia in the FPD Savills
Sydney Office in both commercial valuation and property management where
he worked for 4 years before moving to the United Kingdom. |

Anant
Shah jointly founded the Meghraj Group with his brother, Vipin, in 1973.
His main responsibility was running the banking operations of the Group.
After retiring from active involvement in business in 2000, he has devoted
most of his time to charitable and social causes in the UK, India and
Kenya. |

Richard
Martin is Chief Investment Officer of T. Bailey Asset Management Ltd,
a family-owned manager of fund of funds. He was formerly Head of Investments
at Scottish Amicable Life Association and before that Director of Institutional
Funds at Capital House Investment Management. He is a Director of several
investment trusts and companies and Chairman of the Investment Committee
of the National Trust for Scotland. |

Komal
Vaghela is a Graduate Surveyor and joined Meghraj Properties from Warner
Estate Holdings Plc at the end of 2007. At Warner, she worked with
the Ashtenne Industrial Fund, concentrating on fund reporting and analysis.
Komal is involved in the management of the company's portfolio as well
as supporting other team members.
Komal
has a MSc in Real Estate Economics from CASS Business School and a
BA Hons
in Geography from The London School of Economics & Political Science. |
