ARMEDAS Consultants Private Limited Limited is a consortium of functional specialists led by Meghraj SP Corporate Finance (Private) Limited to offer expert services for distressed financial and business assets. ARMEDAS takes a structured approach to providing resolutions for weak and non-performing assets (NPAs) of lending institutions on the one hand, and offering distressed assets for investment on the other.

ARMEDAS’ services can be categorised into three broad headings:

Resolution: finding solutions for lending institutions to their impaired loan assets

Reconstruction: reconstructing impaired assets through business, financial or asset restructuring or sale

Investment: locating investment opportunities in distressed assets

ARMEDAS serves both lenders that have distressed assets that require solutions, and investors wishing to invest in such assets.
